Wow, what a lovely review from an equally lovely family. We are so sad that we didn't get to have your lovely mother with us long term but she made a massive impact on all the staff equally in the home and she is sadly missed. I cannot thank you enough for taking the time still in what I am sure is a very tough time for you all as a family, it really does mean a lot to me and my team.
