We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the care that your family member received whilst she was at Richden Park. The care and comfort of all our residents are our main priority. We appreciate the transition for this lady would have been very difficult for not only her but also the family. All our staff went above and beyond with her and we feel that full information was not disclosed to us prior to her acceptance. We feel that the comments you have made are not a fair portrait of the conversation that was held, but due to your concerns we are looking into this further and if you contact the Home we will be happy to share the outcome with you once this has been completed.
