Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to assure you that any team members caring for our residents have a thorough induction to be familiar with our policies and procedures. We are sorry you feel that the food provided by our home has not met with your expectations. We carried out an unannounced inspection following your feedback and found our varied menu on offer with tasty food available. On the day, our inspector tasted our menu, which included a well-seasoned Spaghetti Bolognese, Quorn Bolognese, and fish and chips. There were plenty of options for desert such as homemade chocolate pudding and ice cream. Our menus are created with feedback from residents, reflecting their likes and dislikes and residents have a food passport to capture this. If our menu is not to our resident's liking we encourage them to talk to our team so that we can note it on their food passport.
