Thank you for this lovely review. Your godfather (uncle) has been with us for a long time now and fortunately, we have always been able to support him with his changing needs, also thanks to you. Your many and continued visits and your imaginative and loving support through times of visitation restrictions, including music and videocassette, meant that your uncle always knew how loved he was. Being able to work with families, like we do with yours, means that we can create the very best of what support in a care home can offer, and that the depth of daily experiences, emotional and otherwise remains substantial, resulting in contentment and an inner feeling of homely safety for our residents. I feel we have been able to create this atmosphere together, from the beginning, and my team and I are very grateful for your kindness and reliable support, practically and in spirit.
