I am so sorry for the sad loss of your father whilst in hospital and also sorry that you feel this way, however, it is very important to note that neither you or your family have raised any complaint where we would have had the opportunity to investigate and resolve. I am aware that my team needed to speak with you on one occasion as you were shouting in the corridor which of course was not appropriate and detrimental to other residents.
