We take comments such as this seriously as it does not reflect the usual positive feedback we receive.<br>As the care home experienced an outbreak of COVID-19, we were required to follow advice from our Local Authority to close the home to visitors until it was safe to re-open. As you are not the essential caregiver for your mum, we were unable to allow you to visit during this time. Whilst we understand your frustration in being unable to visit during this time, we are required to follow this guidance in order to keep the people who live and work in our care home as safe as possible. Our key priority is always the safety of the people we support.<br>If the home needs to close during an outbreak, our team always does all we can to ensure people don't feel lonely. We understand the importance of keeping in touch with loved ones, so we will always support people to have video and telephone calls with their family and friends.
