Thank you for taking the time to pass on your comments. We have recently had a successful recruitment drive to increase the number of volunteers we have. Our volunteers spend some time in the home sharing stories, joining activities, and generally helping create a stimulating and social environment. <br>During COVID, volunteers were not able to attend homes so are certainly enjoying having them back!<br>Regarding the wearing of face masks – We are constantly reviewing the guidance and conducting regular risk assessments. We felt that with the restricted testing in the community, and the recent spikes in infections heading into the Autumn /winter period, it would be best to air on the side of caution for the time being. This is under review and we will certainly be looking to ease the wearing of face masks for visitors as soon as external factors deem it safe enough to do so.
