The furniture was new upon admission, and there is privacy glass on the window, due to the lack of a view prior to admission.<br>We have soup and sandwiches, as well as other options on the menu every evening, from which your friend can make her choice.<br>I am aware that your friend is very happy, as we receive feedback from her regularly, and she does love her bedroom. The home is undergoing a full refurbishment of the communal areas, and this will take some time due to the amount of work involved, we do want to ensure that all residents have the opportunity to be involved in the refurbishment of their home.<br>We have comment cards at the front reception for you to leave a rating of your visit on the day, and you are always welcome to come and see me, or ring me to have a chat anytime, as all feedback is taken seriously.
