We worked tirelessly to support you and your family with any queries or concerns you had during her stay with us. Our team remembers your Mother with fondness and feel they supported her with compassion and kindness. The Home Manager tried to contact you via telephone following the sad passing of your Mother but was unable to reach you. The Home Manager did pass on her condolences when you visited to collect your Mothers effects and explained we were sorry for your loss. We apologise we were not able to reach you sooner.
