We are very sorry to hear about your experience, our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support, and it is something we take very seriously.
We are more than happy to discuss options with you privately. This we have since done and I am glad to say we have reached a mutual way of moving forward and addressing the issues.
The list of food that you have given us that Dad likes I am glad to say the majority is already on our Menu and as arranged we can hopefully get dad to try our Menu.
Also discussed the laundry which as explained should greatly improve as we have now employed a new laundry assistant. As discussed, if a bigger suitable room becomes available, we will let you know.
