Please feel free to discuss any concerns with the team or our Home Manager, so that any observations or concerns can be dealt with immediately.<br>Weald Heights is fully staffed. Outside of reception hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Sunday), the care team can give access to visitors. Our priority is the well-being of our residents and therefore there could be a delay in someone assisting you.<br>Residents on the nursing floor are given the choice to participate in the daily activities throughout the home. If there is any activity that you feel your loved one would like to participate in, please let the Lifestyle Lead know and we would be happy to assist.
