I am very sorry to receive such a negative review for the home. I am really pleased that your Mum is settled into her new home and all is going well. As I have responded to your brother we have initiated an investigation into the concerns raised by yourselves and I may be able to put your mind at rest regarding the care provided by our home. We do wonderful things for our residents and have very good relationships with their families and friends but always is a place to learn from mistakes and improve our service.
