We're so saddened to read your review. Our dedicated team members are always on hand to support your mother during mealtimes and these interactions, along with the mealtime experiences of all residents across our home, are regularly observed by myself and senior members of our team as part of our quality assurance process. Our varied lifestyles and well-being schedule are a central part of life at Bramley and it's developed in partnership with our residents and what their interests are. Whilst some events are on our ground floor, being our largest communal area, residents from across our home join in too. We also hold a number of different events in our other communities as well as regular 1-2-1 time. We always encourage your mother to the variety of activities, including things like our weekly choir which we're delighted she enjoys. However, sometimes she doesn't feel like taking part and we will always respect her wishes. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss anything at all.
