Obviously, covid was a very restrictive time for everyone, especially for care homes, we are sorry that you didn't have unrestricted access within the home, unfortunately, this was something out of our hands, and we were following Public Health England Guidelines. Regarding keeping relatives informed of visiting times and guidelines, during the whole of covid we sent out emails and rang families, including your own which I have a record of. We also have a public and private Facebook page where we keep families informed of daily activities coordinated by our activity coordinator and staff, this was also the case during covid along with visiting times and any information we received from Public Health England. Regarding management, we don't have a record of any formal complaints made by yourself, would you be available for a call to discuss this in more detail?
