We have a thorough system in place that ensures rooms are cleaned daily and recorded.<br>On our Dementia unit, our goal is to support each resident in maintaining a good quality of life within a safe and stress-free environment where behaviours that challenge can be safely managed for their protection and others.<br>I can assure you that we do not have any plastic mattresses in the home at all. We use nationally recognised profiling mattresses fitted with fabric covers (to help reduce friction).<br>I apologise for the experience that your Nan had while she was in our home.
