We were incredibly happy to see some of your excellent scores, but I also wanted to reassure you that we have taken your comments on board regarding some of the issues you’ve raised with the food – we did have some temporary problems with our usual items being out of stock, for example, marmalade, so have had to make a temporary switch – we will be going back to the original as soon as it is available. We have also raised the issue of the lamb and beef with our Hotel Services Manager, who is looking into this for us. In regards to activities, we are very lucky to have recruited two new excellent team members who I’m sure will be able to work with you and the other residents on planning some exciting activities and trips out shortly.
