Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your praise of our staff, however clearly we are disappointed with your comments. In terms of communication, we will ask the manager to liaise with you directly on this but please rest assured now that we are coming out of the pandemic we will be able to reinstate our relative meetings which we feel really help with general communication around the home. In terms of activities in the dementia wing, we find that difficult to understand as we have a very large and varied activity program throughout the day in both the residential and dementia wings (which can be evidenced from the posts on social media) - therefore perhaps you have not seen this first hand which can happen should your normal visits be more in the evening than during the day. However, as you have raised this as a concern we will again ask the manager to speak to you in this regard to see how we can improve. Thanks again for your review, we hope to improve on this.
