We are sorry the room was not to your liking despite our best endeavours to accommodate your Mother’s electric armchair and personal furniture and possessions; we recognise how important it is for our residents to feel ‘at home’.  We will ensure we monitor the issues you raised regarding ancillary services as the dining experience, housekeeping and maintenance are usually exemplary. Recently, we have significantly improved our pay structure for staff, and HC-One continues to invest in our home-based colleagues.
