We noted your review and spoke with our staff who all recalled your aggressive manner in person and on the phone. Uncle came for respite and improved during his stay, he began walking again, began using our downstairs lounge but he was frail and chose not to have visitors/calls daily. On his birthday you began calling at 9.30 despite we ask calls be after 10.30 to allow for morning routines. Uncle declined to come down from his room where he was enjoying cards and presents for your call. You refused to call our mobile/speaker and continued to call the home all morning. You had pushback from our admin team to protect our staff from your aggressive language, as no one has to tolerate this from you. Ours is a peaceful care home, with the normal routines and care required to take the best care of all our residents. All our staff are valued and respected, good at their jobs and should not have to tolerate this behaviour from you in the mercifully short time you engaged with us.
