Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. I was very sorry to hear that you did not receive a response to your concerns raised to the local council. I have checked with the council who have confirmed they sent an email to myself on 19/10/22. However, I did not receive this email, as it appears my name was spelt incorrectly. The registered Manager at Blenheim did not receive any communication regarding the complaint either, unfortunately. If we had received this, we would have made contact immediately. I have made attempts to get in touch with you by phone call and email, as it would be very beneficial to discuss this with you further, hopefully, to resolve your concerns and apply any lessons learnt with our team.
