We are disappointed that you feel that the service provided wasn’t suitable for your mother. In relation to the points raised, I understand that the Home Manager has investigated the more serious points and responded directly to you. In respect of the meals provided, there are always choices at meal times as we are fully aware that taste and texture are always subjective. Sutton Hall and Lodge always make the safety and comfort of the residents its number one priority.
I will of course pass on your comments to the Sutton Hall Management team.
