We are sorry to see that after several years you still have unresolved issues, we can assure you we made every attempt to be prompt in answering your concerns however, due to the nature of some queries they did take some further investigating.
The room that you viewed and chose for your mother was newly decorated with new furnishings, which were tastily chosen for the clientele that we cater for plus the unit where your mother lived had a refurbishment shortly before your mother's admission three years ago and all rooms are newly decorated before any new admission. A home this size is in a continual cycle of updating/decorating and we have a fantastic maintenance team who do a superb job. We are sorry to see you were unhappy with your mum's room, sadly at the time of her stay with us this was not brought to our attention.
