We are sorry for your experience while visiting the home. However, you have kindly been advised prior to visiting the home to inform us when you are visiting and have been let in regardless. We expect at least an hour's notice. The reason for this is that there have been outbreaks of Covid in the area. <br><br>We encourage visiting as much as possible but this is a guideline put in place so that we can inform anyone visiting if we have an outbreak of Covid and avoid visitors like yourself being turned away after travelling to the home.
