I'm really sorry to hear that clothes have gone missing as we do take great care in making sure that clothes are returned to the correct bedrooms. <br>We have recently purchased a clothes labelling machine to improve this further. Should you have any items that go missing - just let the service manager know and the head housekeeper will find the items for you.
