Thank you very much for the lovely review, it's always good to hear that our residents feel like they are at home and not in a home.  Your mum always has a smile for us and it's good to be able to give a smile back to her.  I'm very proud of the team for being able to help her so well through such a difficult time and help to keep her smiling.
