We are very sorry that your experience at Linfield House was not as positive as we would have hoped. We take the wellbeing of our residents, their families and our staff extremely seriously.

We always welcome the opportunity for concerns to be raised directly at the time they arise so that we can address, improve and resolve the situation. We pride ourselves on providing a caring, loving and safe environment for all, and as you can see from our reviews, satisfaction is consistently very high.

We always take a lessons learnt approach from feedback in order to ensure less positive experiences can be learnt from and addressed.
