Dear E<br>Thank you for raising concerns, corrective measures have been put in place for middle management. <br>It's disheartening to listen to concerns over caring as we were under the impression during 2 years of your father's stay, that as a family, you all were happy with the care.<br>We have options for budget, luxury, and premium rooms for families to choose from. We apologise if these options weren't discussed whilst your father was in our care. I agree there is wear and tear in the section of the building where your father was, and we are taking up remedial work in the upcoming summer. <br>We believe, complaints/concerns, drive us to perfection if acted upon. We respect the feelings behind these concerns and appreciate you for bringing them to our notice. <br>For 35 yrs Butts Croft has been known for caring, and we will continue to serve with the same spirit 'Caring with Heart'.<br>We are working hard in areas that require improvement and hopefully enhance the overall experience for families in due course. kind Regards
