Thank you for your recent feedback on your relative's scheduled respite stay with us. <br><br>We take on board your view about the food, whilst we do not recognise your understanding of the food offered at mealtimes, we do acknowledge that we need to continue to learn in order to provide a wider range of food to cater for more specialist needs. We do have an activities coordinator who oversees the group and 1-to-1 activity during the day and had engaged with your loved one on a regular basis. Whenever we are providing care, we always consult fellow professionals in our decision-making to ensure that we support our resident’s health needs. I can confirm that this was the case during your loved one’s stay. We are very proud of the care we provide at the home, our carers work very hard, and your loved one always spoke very positively of the care they received during their stay.
