Thank you for leaving a review. I am delighted to hear that you are happy with the care provided, however, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with elements of the room. The manager had not been made aware of your concerns until now. Please know that the manager's door is always open if you have any questions or concerns in future and she will make contact with you to discuss this in more detail. I believe there is a hospital bed in the room which has been set up in the correct way and the commode came into the home with the resident this way. The home is also undergoing re-decoration.
