This is a very disappointing review and I am concerned these were not raised with me during our meetings. Special diets (soft foods) are available to any of our residents who require them following risk assessments and external health professionals' advice.<br>I met with a relative and we discussed every aspect of care and care plan in full around the level of risks and what action we had taken to minimise the risk. There were no further concerns raised during this meeting. <br>As the content of your review is very personal to the resident and family, I am happy to meet with you to discuss further to give an in-depth response and offer reassurances.
