Thank you for your review. I’m pleased that you are happy with many areas of the care your aunt receives at Oulton Manor. We do have an open-door policy and welcome residents and families to voice their concerns directly to ensure we meet their expectations. We hold a monthly food committee that is advertised in the newsletter and on the activity boards that families are welcome to join. We also have dining room experience communication books for residents to share their views on the meals served at the time, which are reviewed regularly by our chef manager and hospitality manager. Unfortunately, at times, there may be food served that is not to everyone’s taste, but we can discuss this individually with each customer.
