We are delighted that your mum enjoyed her stay with us and likewise, the staff and her friends were also sad to see her leave. <br>Unfortunately, we had encountered emergency plumbing issues which led to your mum missing some of her evening showers, however, there were other bathing facilities available but we fully appreciate that this wasn't her first choice. Our chef and his team endeavour to use local suppliers wherever possible and the menus are seasonal, however, your comments have been taken on board and they are always looking for areas in which to improve, wherever possible.<br>Thank you again and we hope to welcome your mum back sometime in the future.
