Thank you for your honest feedback. <br>We are pleased that your mother is happy here at The Cedars.<br>I can confirm that the home continues to work tirelessly to ensure staffing levels are maintained.<br>We are using a high number of agency at present, however, we are in the process of recruiting a number of both care assistants and senior care assistants, these are due to start in the coming weeks. In the meantime, the home continues to use regular agency staff members to ensure consistency and familiarity.
