Dear Shaylon, we are sorry to hear about your experience and your concerns are presently being investigated. These concerns have been discussed with the resident's next of kin following receipt of your written concerns. When the investigation is complete the home will be able to discuss the findings with the resident's immediate next of kin who can share this information with you to be able to ensure the care planned meets the individual needs.
