Dear Christine, <br>Thank you very much for taking the time to give us this feedback. We are always trying our best to provide standard care that is person-centred. The Redbond Lodge team are so happy that your mum has been able to settle in well. We always understand each resident’s needs are different and make changes according to that. Staff are continuing to offer and encourage your mum to join in daily activities and WBL is visiting your mum in her room on a daily basis and offering one-to-one activities sessions.<br>Kind regards,<br>Racquel
