We are in the process of replacing all stained armchairs. We have a rigid cleaning schedule throughout the building and each room is deep cleaned on a regular basis.<br>A contract was signed agreeing the fees. Recent fee increases are due to the recent cost of living increases which has been significantly above expectations.
