Thank you for your review we are of course extremely disappointed that the care standards were not up to expectations. We have a strong set of values and standards as an organization these of course take time to become embedded in the home.  We have been working tirelessly since taking the home over 4 months ago and have received very positive feedback from many family members. I see that the review relates to September 2022 when the home was owned by the previous owners, I believe if you visited us again you would see a great improvement.
