We will take on board the point raised and speak to the activities coordinator to evidence the daily planned activities as scheduled for the clients to enjoy on your next visit.
With regards to clients being unsettled, please do bear in mind that it's a dementia care home and at times clients can get unsettled if it's disturbing your visit please speak to the home manager or the senior on duty to help and support you.
