We followed your Fathers' wishes, but unfortunately did not meet your expectations, during an emotional time for you and your family and for this we sincerely apologise again. CQC was informed following your concerns and was satisfied we had followed the correct procedures. When concerns or complaints are received, it is a time for reflection and to ensure lessons can be learnt and improvements made. This we are doing since your complaint and are continuing to implement the changes we believe will improve our services.
