We are incredibly sorry to hear this. It is a shame you didn’t take the opportunity to speak to me or take up our invitations to visit and discuss.<br>We would never show anyone lack of care, respect or dignity. In fact, our respect for his dignity extended to replacing his well-worn slippers - at our own expense. <br>We are very sad to see him leave Canal, but as his care needs developed he was transferred to a  provider who could offer him the nursing care required, something we don’t provide. We hope he is happy in his new home.
