I am really sorry you have had problems communicating with us. <br>There is always somebody at the reception during office hours and our senior carers are on each floor 24 hours.<br>If there is anything you would like to discuss please email carterhouse.admin@countrycourtcare.com or call us on 020 8946 6566.<br>We do have a dedicated wellness coordinator who offers a full range of morning and afternoon activities ranging from quiz games, singalongs and gentle exercise. We also offer bi-weekly bus trips for residents to various places in the local area. Please have a look on our Facebook page as we post a lot of pictures from each activity. We are always open to any suggestions from family and friends on what our residents would like to do. <br>I hope you will be feeling better soon and will be able to visit us at Carter House to review by yourself.
