Firstly we are really sorry to hear about the loss of your dad and we would just like to reassure you that unfortunately, the decision to serve notice to your father in September 2022 was a last resort. <br>As discussed previously with you, your father was assessed in May 2022 due to a significant decline in his care needs, this resulted in the relevant professionals recommending nursing EMI care, unfortunately at Ridgewood Court we are not registered to provide that level of care, no matter how much we might have wanted to continue to support your father.<br>Your dad did not leave our home until November 2022, as we tried to safely maintain the placement as long as possible whilst you sourced an alternative home that you and your family were satisfied with.
