Hello, and thank you for your review of Sutton Lodge, part of the Ashmere Group.  We do have more ancillary staff during weekdays, such as the hairdresser, activity coordinator and home manager and receptionist, so unfortunately the weekends can feel a little quieter, and it may take longer to answer the phones and doors.  However, we find that the weekends are when most relatives like to visit.<br>Kind Regards.
