We feel that the scores provided in this review do not reflect the standards of our home from highest quality care and support,  the overall cleanliness, to the food and lifestyle offering. We are very sorry to hear that you felt your mother’s fall impacted her wellbeing. Your concerns were thoroughly investigated by Safeguarding but the case was closed on the grounds that no neglect or abuse was found.
