Thank you for your review, in particular in relation to the care and support provided to your mum during her time within Trinity House Mum certainly made an impression on both staff and residents during her time within the home. There have been many memories shared, we are deeply sorry for any upset and distress caused in relation to the issues with finance. As soon we were made aware of the issue at home level, we immediately escalated this to the relevant team and the issue was resolved within the given time frame. Currently, Care Concern Group are continuing to review the situation to ensure the improvement of our processes and communication to relatives.
