Hello Richard, <br>I’m sorry you think this, here at Margaret’s we do things to ensure residents get the best quality care and you had never brought complaints to me, as I said before, Dad's ariel was taken by myself due to it breaking. I also replaced this free of charge and now in his TV and has his TV on every day, also his TV has a timer so may turn off from time to time but care staff ensure it goes back on. Please, I would offer you to come in and have a meeting with us to talk about any other grumbles/concerns you may have. Dad's legs are retracting due to his bed-bound status. <br>Warmest regards
