We are sorry that your Mother had a fall, however, this was an unfortunate accident witnessed by a member of staff just metres away who was unable to prevent this happening. As you are aware from the falls that your Mother had whilst in your care, the risk of a fall can be minimised but sadly not eliminated.<br><br>Unfortunately, it was clear from day one of your Mother arriving into our residential care home that you were aggrieved at the fact that your siblings had chosen a care home in closer proximity to them than you. Clearly, this vitriol has resulted in you making comments which are quite simply false and defamatory.<br><br>Sadly, you have decided to tarnish the good name of a care home that has provided care to the highest standards for nearly 40 years.
