During the period of your mother’s stay in October 2022, Bramwell Care Home staff and management ensured that all correct procedures were followed to ensure that your mum’s health was number one priority. The team contacted the GP without delay, followed the correct medical administration procedures and checked to ensure she was monitored regularly. The diagnosis of Sepsis was only made known to the home by the hospital two weeks after her admission.
