Our residents are encouraged to provide feedback on our menus and all our food is freshly prepared, to suit individual dietary requirements and preferences, with second helpings being offered to all residents. I regularly sit with residents at mealtimes to ensure that they are happy with their meals.  Our fee increase reflects higher costs, such as energy and other essentials. This also supports payment of the real Living Wage to our care colleagues, to ensure we can continue to provide high quality care.
