Your feedback is important to us.<br>During the Covid-19 period, we did experience a higher level of staff vacancies and have been actively recruiting since this period. We fully understand that it can appear we do not have the full complement of staff on duty. When this situation occurs during Covid outbreaks and other sickness absences we will always do our best to cover this absence. Unfortunately, our home and others will always experience a higher turnover of staff due to the nature of the business.  <br>Our regular cook was absent due to long-term sick, so this department of service was covered. Our regular cook will now be returning on 14/04/2023.  <br>We always pride ourselves on our cleaning standards. However, I need to reassure you that today (13/04/2023) we have undertaken a deep clean in your mother’s room. We have now employed a second cleaner for the afternoon period to strengthen this department.
